Retail Terms & Conditions


PAYMENT

All orders are placed via our website and payment is made at the time of order. Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, American Express or Pay Pal. 

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made in writing by sending a message or emailing info@lasorellasoycandles.com.au. Any order placed and paid in full that are cancelled within 24 hours of payment will be refunded in full, less any transaction charges incurred by La Sorella Soy Candles. Orders that are cancelled after 24 hours of payment and before products are collected or posted will incur a penalty charge, with only 50% of the payment refunded. All orders cancelled whilst in transit or after being received are non-refundable. 

SHIPPING

Most of our candles are made-to-order, so please allow approximately 5 business days before they are dispatched from our home studio in Winthrop, Western Australia. Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email notifying you it’s on its way. All domestic orders are shipped via our chosen courier so please provide a physical ship-to address (no PO boxes), unless prior arrangements have been made. Domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10, where as international shipping is calculated based on location and weight of order.

Free local pick up is also available from Winthrop, Victoria Park or Nedlands in Perth and can be selected at checkout. 

MISSING PARCELS

All parcels sent from La Sorella Soy Candles are tracked and customer's will be emailed with this information. Please contact us if you have concerns that your parcel has not yet arrived. If your parcel does not arrive we will re-pour your candles for you. La Sorella Soy Candles does not offer refunds if this occurs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds or exchanges for change of mind or unsold products are not offered, so please choose carefully. If damaged products are received replacement goods or a credit will be provided, depending on the circumstance. We must be notified of any damages within 5 business days of the arrival of the order in writing (via email) with accompanying images. 

STORAGE

Items must be stored and cared for in alignment with the safety & care instructions on the label on the bottom of all La Sorella Soy Candles products.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
